May ran entirely on automations. Welcome Sequence + activation flows kept compounding while no full-list broadcast went out since Apr 30. Result: 53.8K delivered, 94.8K unique opens, 6,791 unique clickers, 10,755 total clicks. CTOR (clicks per opener) of ~7.2% is best-in-portfolio. Across all four AIM brands combined, 93% of every click came from HankoX. The automation base is doing all the work; restarting weekly broadcasts on top of it is the biggest upside left untapped.

SendGrid stats locked from May 11 onward. Billing was unpaid for ~14 days.
SendGrid retains stats only for accounts in good billing standing. Six May campaigns (400% bonus, Pick Your Edge, Milliseconds, Tiny Delay, Bank Holiday, 5 Things) returned 404 on the stats endpoint when queried after account was reinstated. Frank confirmed verbally those campaigns landed and were getting reply traffic, so the engagement was likely on par with or above April.

Both HankoX-tied IG accounts were removed by Meta during May (already on Frank's radar). The schedule above remains queued in Metricool, and will resume publishing as soon as the replacement / appeal accounts come back online.

Instagram suspended the HankoX-linked IG accounts. We can not pull views, reach, or follower breakdowns from Metricool or IG Insights for accounts that no longer exist on Meta's side. Frank is aware of the takedown. Once a replacement account is live (or appeal is granted), the 30-day window will reset and the dashboard fills in again from that date. No content production has stopped, all 24 scheduled posts above remain queued in Metricool ready to publish.

Hankotrade YouTube is the only HankoX-tied social channel with intact analytics this month. IG accounts were taken down by Meta during May. X has not been actively published since mid-April. All May stats outside this YouTube window are therefore unavailable from Metricool until those channels are restored or reconnected.

The HankoX IG accounts were taken down by Meta during May. Metricool can not pull views, reach, or follower data for accounts that are no longer live on Meta. The April IG baseline (292,621 views, 21,234 reached) still stands as the last clean window. Comparison resumes the month the replacement account is back online.

SendGrid billing, reinstate paid plan
The reason 6 May campaigns return 404 on the stats endpoint. Reinstating billing does not recover lost stats but stops the bleed going forward and restores normal reporting from the next send onward.

Both HankoX-tied IG accounts were taken down by Meta. Need a decision: appeal vs spin up a fresh handle and migrate the audience. Whichever path, 24 scheduled posts above are sitting idle in Metricool until there is an active account to publish to.

Next Monday is target for everything being back live. After that we migrate to a new Metricool account that connects all socials, create a Twitter account and start posting on there as well. All added within our scope, free of charge.
